Terms of Use

Effective October 19, 2026. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of strongranked.com (the "Site"), operated by StrongRanked ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.

1. Information only, not professional advice

Everything on the Site (rankings, reviews, comparisons, specifications and articles) is general information for educational purposes. It is not medical, nutritional, fitness, legal or professional advice, and it does not create any doctor-patient or other professional relationship. 2. Rankings are opinions

Our rankings reflect our editorial judgment based on the criteria described in How We Rank. Unless a page expressly says so, we have not personally tested the products. Specifications, certifications, prices and availability come from manufacturers, certifiers, retailers and independent reviewers, can change without notice, and may contain errors. Always confirm details with the manufacturer or seller before you buy.

3. Third-party products, sites and sellers

We do not make, sell, ship, warranty or service any product shown on the Site. Links take you to third-party websites we don't control. Your purchase is a transaction solely between you and the seller, under the seller's terms, return policy and warranty. We aren't responsible for third-party products, content, privacy practices, pricing, fulfillment, recalls or customer service. Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners; their mention doesn't imply endorsement of or by us.

4. Affiliate relationships

We may earn a commission when you buy through links on the Site, at no extra cost to you. Commissions never determine rank order. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

5. Assumption of risk

Exercise, strength training, cardio equipment, dietary changes and dietary supplements all carry inherent risks, including injury, illness, allergic reaction, interaction with medications, and in rare cases death. You decide whether to use any product or follow any information, and you do so voluntarily and at your own risk. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement, diet or exercise program, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, take medication, or have a medical condition.

6. No warranty

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PRODUCT WILL MEET YOUR NEEDS OR BE SAFE FOR YOU.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STRONGRANKED AND ITS OWNER, CONTRIBUTORS AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT OR THIRD-PARTY SITE REFERENCED ON IT, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you; in that case our liability is limited to the smallest extent the law allows.

8. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless StrongRanked and its owner, contributors and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your use of any product referenced on it, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

9. Acceptable use and intellectual property

Site text, rankings and design are owned by StrongRanked or its licensors. You may share links and brief quotations with attribution. You may not copy substantial portions, scrape the Site in bulk, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

11. General

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver. We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new effective date; continued use means you accept the changes.
