How We Rank

Supplements

• Third-party testing (NSF Certified for Sport, USP Verified, Informed Sport/Choice) weighs heavily. Proprietary blends are flagged.
• Ingredient form and dose compared with the doses used in published research (NIH ODS, PubMed, Examine).
• Price per serving and independent reviews with meaningful rating counts.

Equipment

• Build (steel gauge, materials), weight ratings, safety features, footprint, warranty, and durability reports.

Rules we never break

• Exactly ten picks.
• No pay-to-rank. Commission never changes order.
• When a product drops out, we note it under "Previously ranked".
• Every list shows its last-verified date.
